Tay Xiao Jie Gail
Gail is a musical director and teacher based in Singapore. With a classical piano background, her work has expanded into the roles of accompanist, arranger, and conductor. She started her musical training under the instruction of Laurence Yu and went on to attain her Bachelor’s degree in Classical Piano Performance at LASALLE College of the Arts.
Now an adjunct faculty member at LASALLE, Gail is currently completing her Masters in Musical Directing at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Her most recent projects include arranging a medley for the renown theatre producer Cameron Mackintosh, and musical directing The Baker’s Wife, The Spitfire Grill, and several cabarets in productions at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, LASALLE College of the Arts, as well as the Musical Theatre Fringe Festival in Singapore
